Earlier today I was playing with Wesley at his train table and noticed Kate quietly working away at her writing table. She loves to color and do mazes and cut out cool shapes so it wasn't anything unusual. What was unusual is that minutes later she asked her Dad to get her some Orange Juice from the fridge (this is unusual b/c she always asks me for everything first and then goes to dad only if I'm busy or I say no). So this was strange...until he walked to the fridge to open the door and I felt his heart swell up when he saw what she planted under the magnet on the fridge.
She is getting to be such a big girl. And I thought it was just really cute that she decided to
surprise him too. Her next kind gesture was to make one for me (Kate heart MOM) and then she made one for Wesley. But the one for Wesley she also adorned a green John Deere tractor on his since we all know 'Wesley loves his green tractor'. They are amazing in their own individual ways but together they are just off the charts cute!
